“If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders.”
We have one life.
We are young once.
We only have so much time until it is too late.
It is the question I get daily. It is also the question I do not know how to answer.
I did not wake up one day and decide i wanted to be this gypsy/yogi/traveler/student/servant. I actually denied it for years. Years in school I honestly thought i was crazy and selfish. I paid the most attention when we learned about the human body, the world, the oceans, and the environment. I was so drawn to those things!
Everyone knew what they were going to do after school. Me…No idea. My friends were going to school for nursing, singing, fashion and design, psychology, the list goes on. I got so caught up in comparing myself to them…I felt worthless.
But a few months ago i realized something that changed me.
This is my life. My journey. My happiness. My story.
Who says you have to stay in one place?
We have so much hate in this world. So much destruction. So much separation. It is only fair i dedicate my short time on this earth to peace, wholeness, unity.
This is what i was meant to do. I am meant to help people through health and wellness, and I just happen to be in the field that allows me to do it from ANYWHERE my two feet take me.
With a lot of holding back, denial, pain and tears, I am excited to say I am just going for it. I have no plans but only faith that this is what i am suppose to be doing. Thank you ALL for supporting me these past few years. I am so honored to have been apart of your journey.
We will keep in touch. And if you are reading this, I just know we will keep in touch. When I come and visit, I will offer yoga classes, nutrition classes, thai massage. Join me for my upcoming yoga retreats!
NEVER forget about taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself is not a selfish act, it is a selfless act. You deserve happiness. Even when you fall off track, come right back. If you do nothing, there will be no result. This is a life long practice.
Love to all,
